Super!
Before the 2war Romania and Polonia were neighbors, for today in mountain Pop Ivan - Marmoras Mountain are standing the border posts. And many people from Romania helps our soldiers go to UK for fighting...
Thank You Romania.
Now, in UE we are neighbors too. :D

Salut, Its me again.... :D
I have some travel questions.
1 - Rovinieta, how much for two weeks? only for car or for ruleta too?
2 - How is better to drive with ruleta from Brasov to Navodari
a) Brasov, Ploiesti, Bucuresti, A2 to Constanta
b) Brasov, Ploiesti, 1B to Albesti Paleologu, 1D to Urziceni (Is 1 D way good?), Slobozia, bridge in Giurgeni, (how much il
pay for the bridge?), Harsova, Navodari and from NORD to Mamaja?
3 - I know, so when we want to go to Mamaja from Constanca we must pay, how much?, for day?, for each entrance?
Is the same is from Navodari site?
4 - Are the Romanian Highways still for free?
Planning is not easy... :)

I will try to answer you with the information I have :).
1. Rovinieta is valid for 30 days, not 2 weeks. Price: 7 EUR, about 30 RON. And is not necessary for caravan, only for the car. You can buuy it form the border, when you enter in Romania. Find a Petrom fuel station and ask about it. They will ask you for the registration document of the car to take the technical data and they will give you the rovinieta with a proof of payment. Keep that, as the rovinieta is valid only with that payment proof.
2. In my opinion the better is Brasov, Ploiesti, Bucuresti (don't enter in Bucuresti, from Otopeni turn left and keep the road until indication A2- Constanta). After you exit from A2, in order to avoid the congestion from Constanta, you can take a "detour" route: Poarta Alba - Nazarcea - enter in DN2A/E60 - after few km turn left to Tulcea and then to the right to Lumina. Keep the road and you will end in Navodari. You cross Navodari and go to those camping between Navodari and Mamaia. If you need more detalis, just let me know. The road is good and, as I already told, you will avoid the traffic congestion between Constanta and Mamaia and the local tax (as far as I know the tax is for every entrance).
3. In Navodari the access is free, but at Mamaia-Constanta I don't know what will be the tax this year. Maybe another colleague from Constanta will help you.
4. Yes, the highways in Romania are still free.

Jacek , i have two tips for you if you are planning to stay in one camping between Navodari and Mamaia .
You can do your shopping very well in Navodari where are two supermarkets ( small size ) and a good market for vegetables , meet , fish , fruits ,etc.
The other is when you enter in Mamaia at the tax gate to ask for one day payment ( this is two times of one only entrance ) , so you have no limit to entry more times in that day . You will see that somewhere your road exit to right and Mamaia is not finish and if you want to return at the camping you have to pay again :D . So , payment for one day is better !
Good luck !
Zile bune !
