Dear Sirs,
“Caravaners League†(Russia) with the support of the Federal Tourism Agency of Russia performs with the 2010 Program for the development of caravanning in the Russian Federation. This Program includes the creation of campsites and camping places in major tourist destinations, organizing camping-car tours for European caravaners, as well as holding special events of various sizes for European and Russian caravaners in Russia. In 2011-2012, the “Caravaners League†is planning several promotional tours for European caravaners to present new and interesting new campsites and safe routes to Russia. In May 2012 in Moscow will be held an International Forum «Caravanex», which will be the most complete information about the Russian caravanning and camping-car tours in Russia.
In this regard, “Caravaners League†(Russia) and the Federal Tourism Agency of Russia invite you to take part in the first round of advertising in the project «Visit Russia».
Tour dates from 15 to 18 December 2011.
The tour program includes:
- The opening of Russia's first camping European level: city camping "Sokolniki", Moscow, camping in the town of Suzdal.
- Presentation of a new interactive tour program in Suzdal for caravaners in which you take a direct part (Russian life, Russian tasting beverages, liquor and samogon, traditional handicrafts, etc.).
- Presentation of tours for caravaners Central Russia in 2012 - St. Petersburg, Novgorod, Smolensk, Moscow, Golden Ring cities of Russia. On these routes will be hosted in a specially-equipped campsites.
- Presentation of a large advertising press- tour (promotional tour)for camping-car for European caravaners to cities in Russia in May 2012.
- Presentation of International exhibition and Forum “Caravanex 2012â€

December 15
welcoming guests in Moscow and transfer to Suzdal. Accommodation at "Suzdal". Dinner
December 16
9.00 - 10.00 Breakfast
10.00 - 13.00 Presentation and open camping "Suzdal" - Russia's first European-level camping. Examination the infrastructure of camping. Press- conference. Presentation of the campsites and tour for camping-car for European caravaners of the Golden Ring in 2012.
13.30 - 18.30 Excursion to Suzdal, lunch, interactive programs, tasting of Russian national dishes and drinks, familiarity with the culture and life.
19.30 - 23.30 Gala dinner concert.
December 17
9.00 - 10.00 Breakfast
10.00 - 12.00 Business meetings, signing agreements.
13.00 - 14.00 Lunch
14.30 - 16.00 Excursion to Suzdal Ceramics factory. Master Class.
16.00 departure to Moscow.
20.00 Arrival in Moscow. Accommodation at the hotel.
21.00 - 23.00 Excursion to the Moscow night. Dinner

9.00 - 10.00 Breakfast
10.30 - 11.00 Transfer to the city camping “Sokolniki†(Moscow)
11.00 - 13.00 Introduction to the campsite. Presentation of the press- tour for camping-car for European caravaner to Russia in May 2012. Presentation of the International exhibition and Forum “Caravanex 2012â€
13.00 - 14.00 Lunch
14.00 - 18.00 Sightseeing tour of Moscow.
20.00 - Transfer to the airport.
