Dupa toate discutiile anterioare legate de procesul de aderare la F.I.C.C. a sosit momentul in care, cu bucurie, pot astazi sa va spun ca am primit raspunsul FAVORABIL de aderare la F.I.C.C. Mai jos transcriu textul integral al raspunsului primit ieri, 16.02.2009 de la F.I.C.C.:

Dear Mr. Tabra,
Please find hereafter the reply from the Statutes Commission :

Referring to your message of 26 January 2009 we would like to inform you that

1. Your explanation regarding the meaning of "road tourism" is fully acceptable.

2. Third Party Liability Insurance - This insurance is required by FICC to make sure that CCI holders are covered regarding liability for damage and injury to other persons and property of others whilst camping. Detailed information can also be found on the website http://www.campingcardinternational.com.
The price (2009) per CCI is 1,42€.
If you want to take the insurance through F.I.C.C., the cost would be additionally €0,55 per CCI.
If your club offers his own insurance, it is necessary to send an attestation of the insurance company to F.I.C.C. in order to proof that their campers are insured with the same conditions.

3. Members (or "full members") have the right to
a) vote at the General Assembly
b) be represented by Delegates at the General Assembly
c) nominate candidates for council elections
d) nominate candidates for commissions or working groups
Associate members (or "contributing member'") have
a) no right to vote at the General Assembly,
b) no delegates at the G.A., but may be represented by max. 2 observers.
c) no right to nominate candidates for council elections,
d) no right to nominate candidates for commissions or working groups

4. Members pay "Basic Membership Fee" plus a "Capita Fee" both of which are determined by their membership numbers
Associate members pay 50% of the Basic Membership Fee irrespective of the number of members.

In view of the fact, that FICC's registered office is in Belgium, these fees have to be paid in Euros, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure.

The fees for 2009 are:
For clubs with up to 3000 members: €. 650,00
For clubs with more than 3000 members: €. 1.000,00
The "per capita fee" for members:€. 0,06 per member

Associate members pay €. 300,00.

All documents as asked for in the Rules of Procedure to support the membership application have to be supplied in "hard cover" since E-mails are not recognised as official documents in court of law.

If you have complied with all requirements for membership, and paid your membership fee, you will have, of course, the right to order CCI's and participate in FICC rallies, including the 2009 Ipswich rally.


Am discutat in aceasta dimineata cu Dl. Curelea cu privire la mesajul de mai sus si vom incerca, in limita timpului disponibil, sa strangem toate celelalte documente necesare continuarii procedurii de aderare. Sper ca, cele de mai sus sa risipeasca ideea (sau impresia) ca nu se mai face nimic de nimeni in ClubRV-Ro.

Felicitari tuturor oamenilor care au actionat pentru organizarea noastra, a iubitorilor ruloturismului de pe aceste meleaguri, intr-un club.

Participant anul trecut la rally de la Paris, nu mi-a cazut deloc bine, o intamplare.
Intr-o discutie c-un alt rulotist din Europa, acesta privind la toate steagurile arborate prin jur, m-a intrebat :
- Care-i steagul Romaniei ?
Dar anul asta ?
FICC-ul ne invita:
"If you have complied with all requirements for membership, and paid your membership fee, you will have, of course, the right to order CCI's and participate in FICC rallies, including the 2009 Ipswich rally."
Deci cine merge la Ipswich rally ?

Doru,

Deocamdata mai avem cativa pasi de facut, dar important este ca suntem pe drumul cel bun. Fiind direct implicat in aceasta "lucrare", fiecare astfel de pas inainte inseamna o bucurie. Insa cea mai mare bucurie va fi la sfarsit, cand vom putea spune deschis: Asociatia ClubRV-Ro este membru F.I.C.C.

Ne propunem ca pana la 15 aprilie 2009 sa devenim membri ai FICC.
Va rog sa cititi viewtopic.php?f=20&t=2408 si sa achitati cotizatia la zi.
La 01.03.2009 vom inainta , in vederea afilierii, numarul de membri al asociatiei noastre.
Sper, ca odata cu venirea primaverii, sa sarbatorim impreuna si acest eveniment.

Sigur vom sarbatori acest eveniment, caci pana la 01.03.2009 promit sa ma ingrijesc de toate documentele cerute de procedura de afiliere la F.I.C.C. Si nu mai e mult pana atunci...

Bravo ! ma bucur ca ati reusit si va felicit. Acum am obtinut legitimatia prin MCCC, dar sper ca anul viitor o iau prin Club RV

Am intrat in ultima saptamana a lunii februarie 2009.
In vederea trimiterii la FICC a tabelului cu membrii asociatiei noastre, va rog sa achitati cotizatia la zi.
La finalul acestei luni, pentru membrii asociatiei, se vor elibera noile legitimatiil CLUBRV-RO.
Pe baza acestora se va acorda reducere la campingurile partenere.

Sper ca pâna pe 15 .04.2009 sa primim raspunsul de la FICC privind contul în care sa achitam cotizatia de aderare. Numarul de membrii asociati pe care îl declaram este 60. Acesti membri vor primi legitimatii.

Astept sa primim in continuare documentele si informatiile necesare finalizarii aderarii ClubRV-Ro la marea familie a F.I.C.C. Voi continua sa va informez atunci cand voi avea noutati.

Asteptam cu totii sa primim factura pentru plata cotizatiei aferente anului 2010 si, de asemenea, procedura de comanda si eliberare a cardurilor de membru C.C.I. care vor permite posesorilor sa beneficieze de toate avantajele oferite de F.I.C.C.
