I don't know if this is the right thread to post but I would like to ask of it is possible (and not too difficult) to register a truck from a EU country to Romania. Later I will (probably a company) convert it to an expedition camper and Re-register it as a camper.

I don't know also if it is possible to import it in Rpmania as truck, convert it and register it once as a camper.

This is the traffic police i.e. papers and license plates.
You will also need to have the vehicle inspected here:

This is road worthy authority (MOT in England or TUV in Germany).
The websites might not always be available in English. Language barrier can be a pain.
There are insurance brokers that can do all this for you, for a fee of course.
