Pregatirile pentru primirea oaspetilor rulotisti sunt gata.
ÃŽn curtea pensiunii Silvania sunt instalate 12 prize de 220Vx6A, dusuri si WC-uri ecologice.
Accesul se face din drumul national , plaja este foarte aproape.

Va rog sa adaugati si alte propuneri privind regulamentul de functionare, patronul acestei incinte solicitându-mi în mod special acest lucru:

1.acces permis numai RV-urilor purtatoare a siglei CLUBRV-RO
2.achitarea tarifulului de 50 lei/zi/ echipaj la intrare.
3.daca se pleaca mai devreme, se restituie suma neconsumata (ziua de cazare începe la ora 12,00 pâna la ora 12,00 a zilei urmatoare)
4.daca sunt solicitari peste numarul de locuri, se face programare prin asociatie
5.între orele 22-7, pe teritoriul curtii este program de liniste.

CAMP REGULATIONS

We kindly request esteemed guests to obey the following camp regulations:
1. Only guests registered at the reception desk may be accommodated at the camp.
2. Selection of a camping spot is left to you, with the exception of numbered plots. You are asked to make your use of space rational, keeping your neighbour’s area in mind.
3. Fencing off the selected place in the camp is not permitted.
4. Setting up and taking down of the tents is permitted from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
5. Digging trenches around your tent is prohibited.
6. Your tent number, received during check-in, must be hung in a visible spot.
7. Please do not make noise that may disturb the other guests including the use of radios, television sets, and musical instruments. Complete peace and quiet in the camp must be observed from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. During that time, listening to radios, CD players, watching TV or singing, is not permitted. Afternoon quiet hours are from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We would also like to warn you to take special care of your children at that time.
8. Guests are obliged to keep their camping area clean. Please collect refuse water from your trailer in a special container and do not let it flow into the ground. Please collect garbage into plastic bags and leave them by the garbage containers. Please leave the washroom areas in the same state you would like to find them.
9. Dog owners may camp only in areas where it is allowed. Dog owners are obliged to walk their dogs on a leash and keep them on a leash in their area. Owners are obliged to clean up after their pets, otherwise a cleaning fee shall be charged. Non-compliance with this regulation is subject to financial sanctions.
10. The maximum speed for vehicles is 20 km per hour. Pedestrians in the camp have the right of way in regards to the vehicles.
11. Car washing is allowed only in the specially designated area in the camp.
12. Law due to fire hazards forbids lighting fires in the open.
13. Should you find lost or forgotten items, please return them to the reception desk immediately.
14. For a lost camp number (triangle) or refrigerator keys, you shall be charged according to our fee list.
15. Visits are allowed only in case of registration at the entrance – reception desk of the camp. For short stays on the campground, visitors are required to leave a valid personal identification document at the entrance, which shall be returned to upon departure from the camp.
16. For electricity hook-ups and disconnection, please contact the camp reception desk. Defective electrical installations shall be disconnected from the camp’s electrical circuit.
17. You can leave jewellery, money, and other valuables at the reception desk, for a minimal fee.
18. We do not assume responsibility in cases of disappearance of items from tents or trailers.
19. Guests are required to make the camping area available by 1 p.m. Please deposit all waste items from your area in a specially designated place for garbage disposal.
20. The pay desk at the reception desk is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
21. Settlement and payment of fees for the used services may be done on the day of departure; however, we suggest that you do so a day early in order to avoid possible line-ups. Should you leave the camp after 1 p.m., we shall be forced to charge the fee for an extra day at the camp. When settling accounts, please do not forget to return the number of your tent or trailer, your pass, and your refrigerator key.
22. The complaints book is available at the reception desk.
23. Guests who do not obey by these Regulations and those guests who disturb the peace and other guests with their behaviour may have their accommodation services revoked. The deadline for cancellation is 24 hours.

8. vizitatorii sunt obligati sa pastreze zona lor de campare curata. va rugam sa colectati apa menajera de la rulota voastra in bidoane speciale si nu o lasati sa se scurga pe pamant. colectati deseurile in pungi de plastic si lasati-le la containere. va rugam sa lasati zonele de spalat (toaletele, bucatarii) in aceeasi stare in care le-ati gasit.

13.daca gasiti lucruri pierdute sau uitate va rugam sa le lasati la receptie de urgenta.

Aha, acum inteleg, nu e rau si daca va mai aduceti aminte si cand am fost la Ozunca Bai olandezul ne-a dat un biletel cu cateva regul din campung. Da e bine.

Salut, sunt nou membru si nu stiu mai nimic ,dar de unde pot procura sigla CLUBRV-ro pentru a putea veni in Vama Veche, am orulota CHATEAU 390 veche la care chiar azi vreau sa depun actele la politie pentru numere definitive.As dori un sfat daca se poate, de unde pot cumpara baterii pt rulota si generator,in rest sper sa ma descurc pana acum am fost in ultimi 12 ani cu cortul la 2Mai.

Cred ca pentru sigla si inscriere ar trebui sa luati legatura cu Dl. Costel Curelea (PM sau telefonic).
Baterie, puteti gasi cu gel pe www.falle.at si comandati la Peti, iar generator in functie de ceea ce doriti(2 sau 4 timpi, putere mica/mare, pret mic/mare)se gasesc oin comert.
Folositi functia Search(cautare) si gasiti pe forum raspuns la intrebari

A detine sigla CLUBRV-RO este sinonim cu a fi membru cotizant sau asociat.
Pentru aceasta trimite o adeziune la subsemnatul si apoi achita cotizatia de 10 lei /luna pentru cel putin 3 luni.

Lista cu membrii cotizanti va fi definitivata la Întâlnirea Nationala a CLUBRV-RO din perioada 05-08.06.2009, care va avea loc într-un camping pe care îl vom anunta curând.

Va prezint imagini cu incinta în care 12 RV-uri înregistrate CLUBRV-RO vor putea sa-si petreaca vara în Vama Veche.
Langa cabana vor fi dusurile.
Marea se zareste în planul îndepartat.
