I don't know if this is the right thread to post but I would like to ask of it is possible (and not too difficult) to register a truck from a EU country to Romania. Later I will (probably a company) convert it to an expedition camper and Re-register it as a camper.
I don't know also if it is possible to import it in Rpmania as truck, convert it and register it once as a camper.

Asigurati-va ca ati citit si insusit Regulamentul acestui forum.
Rugam ca fiecare utilizator al acestui forum sa faca o scurta prezentare aici:

Prezentarea este o cerinta a Regulamentului, dar si un gest de curtoazie din partea Dumneavoastra.
Cateva cuvinte despre Dumneavoastra , precum si despre rulota si autoturism sunt binevenite.
Pentru intrebari sau lamuriri despre activitati, probleme tehnice, etc. va stau la dispozitie forumurile cu sectiuni dedicate.
Nerespectarea acestor reguli atrage dupa sine stergerea userului din baza de date a forumului.
Va uram bun venit in randul rulotistilor !

Everything in Romania is difficult.
You forgot to mention if you are a resident. If you are, the registration procedure can be found here:

This is the traffic police i.e. papers and license plates.
You will also need to have the vehicle inspected here:
https://www.rarom.ro/
This is road worthy authority (MOT in England or TUV in Germany).
The websites might not always be available in English. Language barrier can be a pain.
There are insurance brokers that can do all this for you, for a fee of course.
